Paula started the Hair Factory at Henlow Camp in 2002 having worked in the hair industry for many years in almost every aspect of the business. Prior to setting up the Hair Factory Paula had worked as a freelance hairdresser in the local area establishing a loyal clientele and previously to this Paula had worked as a freelance hairdresser and makeup artist in London. During this period Paula enjoyed a wide variety of jobs including photo shoots for national newspapers and magazines, pop videos including Boy George and Dave Stewart and Top Of The Pops, national television advertisements and many fashion events including London Fashion Week, shows for Red Or Dead, Harvey Nichols and national television. Paula brings her huge and wide experience and her own individual personality to the Hair Factory to turn dreams into reality.
